To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include your device model, operating system version, and a short description of what happened.

Subscriptions and billing

ClimberPyramid offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (Climber Pro and Supporter tiers, billed monthly or annually). Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account.

  • Manage or cancel a subscription: open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → ClimberPyramid.
  • Restore purchases: in the app, open the subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases.
  • Refunds: refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Common questions

How do I delete my account?

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time. See our account deletion page or email support@climberpyramid.com.

How does offline use work?

ClimberPyramid caches your logs and beta notes on your device so you can view and edit them without a connection. Pending changes are queued and uploaded automatically when you're back online.

Who can see my beta notes?

Beta notes are private by default. Only notes you explicitly publish appear in the public catalog, where other climbers can browse, upvote, and comment.
